Thanks to a great deal of positive feedback from hundreds of our visitors, we have been fortunate recipients of a number of significant recent accolades. First came the ‘Insiders’ Select’ award from Expedia, one of only two such gongs presented to hotels in Marrakech (a mere six in the whole of Africa at that time). Hot on its heels came Trip Advisor’s ‘Hall of Fame’ award, given only to hotels having achieved the review site’s ‘Certificate of Excellence’ five years in succession. Other welcome recognition has come from, respectively, the German review site, HolidayCheck (6/6 for 2019), Hotels.com (9.4/10, also in 2019) and Booking.com (9.2/10) for 2020.
If these awards mean anything, and we like to think they do, it is that certain standards at Les Borjs have been not only been achieved but, more to the point, have been maintained over time. Most of the credit for this, of course, is due to our wonderful team of 24, most of whom have been with us for yearsand, in the case of around a third of them, since the day the hotel opened its doors back in 2007. Zero booking cancellation charge policy
If you are considering a visit to Marrakech later in the year you may like to know that we are currently applying a 'no cancellation charge' policy. Thus, if you choose to secure a booking now, or in the near future, for any dates in 2021 you may do so safe in the knowledge that, should you be required to cancel at a later stage due to the covid situation, your deposit will be refunded immediately and in full.
